📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and settle equity transactions accurately and efficiently using systems like Bloomberg and Tradeweb.
• Monitor and reconcile settlement transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any issues or discrepancies in settlement processes.
• Maintain and update settlement records and reports using Excel and other relevant software.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in equity settlement.
• Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance settlement processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures related to equity settlement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in equity settlement or related roles in capital markets.
• Strong knowledge of equity settlement processes, including T+1 and T+2 settlement cycles.
• Proficiency in using Bloomberg Terminal, Tradeweb, and other relevant settlement systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian capital markets and regulatory environment is a plus.
