In your daily work, you will perform various NDT techniques such as visual inspection, penetrant testing, magnetic particle inspection, and ultrasonic testing. You will also be responsible for maintaining and calibrating NDT equipment, and documenting your findings in detailed reports. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform visual inspection, penetrant testing, magnetic particle inspection, and ultrasonic testing on aerospace components.
• Maintain and calibrate NDT equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Document inspection findings in detailed reports and maintain inspection records.
• Identify and report defects and anomalies to the engineering team for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and regulations such as AS9100 and ISO 9001.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to improve inspection processes and procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the NDT program.
• Provide technical support and training to junior staff and new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) in the aerospace industry.
• Certification as an NDT Level II or Level III technician, preferably in visual inspection, penetrant testing, magnetic particle inspection, and ultrasonic testing.
• Strong knowledge of international standards and regulations such as AS9100 and ISO 9001.
• Proficient in using NDT equipment such as ultrasonic flaw detectors, magnetic particle inspection systems, and penetrant testing equipment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
