📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional guest support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Oversee daily operations and manage staff schedules to maintain efficiency.
• Ensure all housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk tasks are completed on time.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
• Assist in training new staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Work collaboratively with the management team to plan and execute events and promotions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in guest support, hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
