📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in planning and executing shipping operations.,Monitor and maintain the ship's navigation systems and equipment.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maritime laws.,Conduct pre-departure and post-arrival inspections of the ship.,Assist in the management of crew schedules and assignments.,Coordinate with port authorities and other stakeholders.,Maintain accurate records of ship operations and crew activities.,Participate in emergency response and damage control procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Master's or Chief Mate's license.,Good knowledge of navigation rules and regulations.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with maritime software and equipment.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
