In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, assisting the Recruitment Specialist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding new talent. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Prepare and distribute job postings to various job boards and social media platforms.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the Recruitment Specialist.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and ATS.,Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards is a plus.,Indonesian language proficiency is required; English proficiency is a plus.
