📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the HR team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
