📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients to drive sales growth.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage client interactions and sales pipelines.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand market presence.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client retention and loyalty.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays, as required by the role.
