📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are in good working condition.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring that they are addressed in a timely and professional manner.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring that they are ready for use and properly maintained.,Work as part of a team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring that the dining area is a safe and healthy environment for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or catering environment.,Good knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and food presentation techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.,Good physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods of time.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.,Fluency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
