📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of all sales and financial transactions.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.,Manage the cash register and ensure accurate cash counts at the end of each shift.,Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good mathematical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Friendly and professional demeanor.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems.
