📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all financial reporting and accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian GAAP and international standards.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and budgets to support the company's growth and profitability.
• Lead a team of accountants and financial analysts, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance and accuracy.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and tax laws.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.
• Utilize Mandarin language skills to communicate effectively with Chinese suppliers and partners.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to support the company's financial objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Mandarin language, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment is preferred.
