📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Mechanic in maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment.,Perform routine inspections and minor repairs on kitchen machinery.,Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with kitchen equipment.,Order and manage spare parts for maintenance activities.,Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working condition.,Assist in scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to address any equipment-related issues.,Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role.,Knowledge of kitchen equipment and machinery is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is required.
