As a Deputy Sales Counter, you will be responsible for assisting the Sales Manager in managing the sales counter, ensuring smooth operations, and providing top-notch customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Manager in managing the sales counter, including inventory control and order processing.,Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.,Assist in training new staff and ensuring they understand company policies and procedures.,Help with the preparation of sales reports and data entry.,Assist in the organization of sales events and promotions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the management of customer relationships and follow-ups.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and order processing.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and office software.,Ability to work well as part of a team and individually.
