In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing financial advice to the management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and prepare and submit financial reports to the management team.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the restaurant's accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment of invoices and collection of payments.,Coordinate with the management team to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the financial health and stability of the restaurant.,Provide financial advice and guidance to the management team on financial matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using financial software and accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
