Sky Camp Sentosa is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
  • Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
