📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy and café, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.,Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain optimal productivity.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as pharmacy laws and standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocks to ensure adequate supply of products.,Collaborate with the corporate team to implement company-wide initiatives and maintain brand consistency.,Conduct regular audits to assess sales performance and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or hospitality management, preferably in a pharmacy or café setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as pharmacy laws and standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote management tools.
