📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical details.,Write clear, concise, and accurate technical documents, including manuals, guides, and tutorials.,Ensure all technical documents are up-to-date and reflect the latest product features and improvements.,Review and edit documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Assist in the development of training materials and user guides.,Provide technical support to customers and internal teams through documentation.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communication, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
