📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.,Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and local regulations.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.,Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, and prepare and file tax returns.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and local regulations.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
