Lead and manage the DevOps team, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems,Develop and implement DevOps strategies and best practices,Monitor and maintain our infrastructure and systems,Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications,Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines,Ensure the security and compliance of our systems,Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the DevOps field,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,5+ years of experience in DevOps or a similar role,Proven experience in leading and managing a DevOps team,Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.),Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.),Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.),Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.),Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Excellent communication and leadership skills🛠️ Keahlian
