📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer requirements.,Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage kitchen budgets and control costs.,Resolve customer complaints and maintain high standards of service.,Participate in inventory management and food cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Valid food handler's certificate.
