Bahagia Elsa Laundry is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our laundry equipment and facilities, ensuring optimal performance and longevity. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of laundry equipment, including washing machines, dryers, and ironing facilities.,Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure smooth operation of laundry services.,Train and mentor junior technicians to maintain high standards of performance and safety.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment.,Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of laundry equipment or similar industrial machinery.,Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards.,Proficiency in using maintenance software and tools.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different locations as needed.
