📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care.,Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.,Supervise and mentor a team of registered nurses and nursing assistants.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Participate in staff development and training programs.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a clinical setting.,Leadership experience in a healthcare environment is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid nursing license and certification (e.g., BLS, ACLS).
