📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and optimize daily operations to ensure high efficiency and productivity.
Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and eliminate bottlenecks.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular operational reviews and provide strategic recommendations for business growth.
Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully leading and optimizing operations in a dynamic environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Asana.
Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma or PMP is a significant advantage.
