Yayasan HOPE Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our HOPE iLearn Center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing various programs and activities to ensure their success and effectiveness. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage program activities and events to ensure they run smoothly and meet their objectives.,Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and reports.,Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program goals are met and to identify opportunities for improvement.,Monitor program progress and provide regular updates to management.,Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.,Develop and implement training programs for staff and volunteers.,Manage relationships with external partners and vendors.,Represent the organization at events and meetings as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Experience with event planning and management is a plus.,Fluency in English is required.,Indonesian language skills are a plus.
