📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Sourcing and attracting potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screening and evaluating resumes to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to determine the fit between the candidate and the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with suitable candidates.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating interviews and providing feedback to candidates.,Maintaining a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to ensure we are attracting the best talent.,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Familiarity with recruitment tools and software is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.🛠️ Keahlian
