📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the department,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance,Lead and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction,Develop and implement training programs for employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with laundry operations and industry standards,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Experience in a remote work environment is a plus
