📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff, including chefs, waiters, and support staff.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and manage the restaurant's budget.
  • Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and place orders as needed.
  • Organize and plan special events and promotions to increase customer engagement.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
