As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and enhancing customer experience in our retail stores. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales and promotions to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.,Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers.,Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring store displays are well-stocked and appealing.,Assisting with store operations, including cash handling and stock management.,Training and mentoring new team members to ensure high standards of service.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Participating in store events and activities to promote brand awareness and sales.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Familiarity with basic sales techniques and customer service principles.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Willingness to work in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
