📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling.
  • Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in industry events and trade shows.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and marketing activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant marketing tools.
  • Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
