📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making.,Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data.,Prepare and submit tax returns and financial statements on time.,Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting processes.,Provide support in auditing and internal controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
