📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and banking processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic business solutions.,Create and maintain comprehensive business analysis documentation, including process maps, flowcharts, and data models.,Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and align on business objectives.,Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs).,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.,Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to junior team members.,Support the development and maintenance of business analysis standards and methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the finance or banking industry.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including data modeling, process mapping, and requirements gathering.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.,Familiarity with financial and banking regulations and compliance requirements.,Experience with project management methodologies and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
