📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities in the target markets.,Negotiate and secure land deals with developers, investors, and other stakeholders.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players and stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analysis to inform land acquisition strategies.,Coordinate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure successful land transactions.,Monitor and report on the progress of land acquisition projects.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in land acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in land acquisition, business development, or a related field.,Proven track record of successful land acquisition and development projects.,Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to real estate and land acquisition.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
