Tanggung Jawab:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to accounting and financial reporting.
• Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes, including month-end close, year-end close, and quarterly reporting.
• Provide accurate and timely financial disclosures to regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead and mentor the accounting and financial reporting team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the company's objectives.
• Collaborate with the leadership team and other departments to ensure the financial health and transparency of the company.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in regulatory accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in managing accounting and financial reporting processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
