🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a luxury or premium retail environment.,Strong knowledge of retail software and systems, including POS, inventory management, and CRM tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address retail challenges and opportunities.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.,Previous experience in a multicultural environment is a plus.
