📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service to both walk-in customers and online shoppers.,Ensure the smooth operation of cashiering processes, including inventory management and stock control.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Promote products and services to customers, both in-store and online.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other administrative tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or sales environment.,Proven ability to manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and stock control processes.,Ability to work well in a team and as part of a larger sales team.,Friendly and professional demeanor, with a customer-focused approach.,Fluency in Indonesian is required, with English being a plus.
