PT Sawit Sejahtera is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Guard to join our team in Ubud, Bali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and address any vulnerabilities.,Enforce security protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.,Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, and coordinate with relevant authorities if necessary.,Maintain and operate security equipment such as surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems.,Provide assistance to employees and visitors in case of emergencies or security concerns.,Prepare and maintain comprehensive security reports and documentation.,Collaborate with other security personnel and relevant departments to ensure effective security management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in security guard duties, with at least 1 year in a senior role.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent experience.,Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities.,Proficiency in using security equipment and technology.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
