📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations including sales, inventory, and customer service.,Manage and develop a team of store staff, providing training and mentorship.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage store budget and expenses, ensuring profitability.,Collaborate with regional managers to ensure brand consistency and standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
