📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure that all baked goods are fresh, delicious, and presented beautifully.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to ensure that we always have the best ingredients on hand.
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet daily production targets.
  • Clean and maintain the baking area, ensuring that it is always safe and sanitary.
  • Maintain a high level of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the bakery.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a baker in a professional kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and processes.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
  • Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid food handling certificate.
