Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines is seeking a dedicated Spare Parts Clerk to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our inventory of spare parts, ensuring that we have the right parts available when needed. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the inventory system to ensure accurate records of all spare parts.,Receive, inspect, and store incoming spare parts to prevent damage and loss.,Issue spare parts to maintenance teams in a timely manner to minimize downtime.,Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and correct them.,Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and negotiate prices.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for reorder points to prevent stockouts.,Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.,Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
