📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with data entry and maintenance using Salesforce and QuickBooks
• Manage and organize documents and records to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support the operations team by handling administrative tasks and inquiries
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow
• Assist with inventory management and tracking
• Provide administrative support for events and meetings
• Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
• Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program or have recently graduated
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce and QuickBooks is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Familiarity with logistics and warehouse operations is a plus
• Fluency in English is required
