📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Evaluate and process loan applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Conduct initial consultations and assessments to determine loan eligibility.
- Manage customer data and loan agreements using Palawan LMS.
- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Monitor loan performance and provide regular updates to the management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of loan products and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Palawan LMS and other office software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial services and lending solutions is a plus.
