📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop and implement best practices for financial controls and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs to support decision-making and strategic planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management, with a strong background in financial reporting and controls.
• Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
