📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with department heads to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
• Design and deliver training programs using modern e-learning platforms such as Moodle and Articulate 360.
• Conduct needs assessments and performance evaluations to identify training requirements.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Measure the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure successful program implementation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record in designing and implementing training programs.
• Certification in instructional design or learning and development (e.g., ATD, SHRM-CP, or PMP).
• Strong knowledge of e-learning platforms and tools such as Moodle, Articulate 360, and TalentLMS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to analyze data and use it to drive decision-making and improve learning programs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
