📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the production facility, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Lead and manage a team of skilled professionals, including production supervisors, operators, and maintenance staff.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Develop and maintain a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that production schedules align with customer demand and market trends.
• Collaborate with the company's management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence and contribute to the company's growth.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including food safety, labor, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading production facilities.
• Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in using production management software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
