Big Bike Area Manager - Sales & Operations Leadership

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Big Bike Area Manager to lead our sales and operations in Bali. This role is perfect for a passionate leader who wants to drive growth and excellence in our premium motorcycle retail network.

As a Big Bike Area Manager, you will oversee multiple dealerships across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Your mission is to boost sales, enhance operational efficiency, and expand our strategic footprint in the region.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and sales performance of multiple dealerships in Bali.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales and service professionals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with the national office to align local operations with corporate goals.
• Promote and manage inventory to optimize stock levels and turnover.
• Lead and participate in training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a sales or operations manager in the automotive or motorcycle industry, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the motorcycle market and industry trends.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in using sales and inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Certification in sales management or a relevant field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
